Summary
Sometimes a task is marked complete too early, or you need to re-open it so it can be worked on again. Resetting a task clears its completion state and moves it back into the workflow.

Find the Task
Navigate to the List tab and find the task you want to reset in the list of tasks.

A confirmation message appears. Click Reset to proceed.
The task will return to an open status. Any subtasks or steps will also be re-opened.
Tips & Troubleshooting
