Using Self-Service Playbooks

Allowing a playbook to be self-service

Select and open the playbook from your Library.


Go to the Portal tab and click the Settings button.

Toggle the Self-Service Settings to On and fill out all sections.

If you want to insert an image in the playbook tile use an HTML <img> tag in the Portal cover image field. You may also skip the image portion and focus more on the description.

You may enable as many self-service playbooks as your organization may need.


All self-service-enabled playbooks are visible and available to all customer users of the portal.
