Summary / When to Use This
Need to check what emails are being sent to users and customers? You can easily view and preview every email template in OnRamp—see who receives it, what it says, and even send yourself a test. This is helpful when reviewing communication touchpoints, editing workflows, or troubleshooting.
Steps to Follow
1. Open Settings
From the left navigation menu, click the gear icon in the lower-left corner to open Settings.
2. Go to Email Templates
Under the Notifications section, click Emails.
This opens the full list of email templates used throughout OnRamp.
3. Review Template Details
Each row shows:
Name – Internal name of the template
Target – Who receives the email (e.g., Org, Customer, Both)
Description – When the email is triggered
Subject – The subject line users will see
Use the search bar at the top to quickly find templates by keyword.
4. Preview or Test a Template
Click any template name to open a full preview of the email content.
To send yourself a copy of the email, click Send Test Email in the top-right corner of the preview.
5. Open in Browser (Optional)
Test emails include a link in the footer to view the email in your browser—great for sharing with your team or reviewing formatting.
Tips & Troubleshooting
Test emails go to your user email address in OnRamp.
If you're not seeing expected emails, check your email filters or spam folder.
Templates can be updated by Admins—reach out to your team if edits are needed.
