Summary / When to Use This
Want to keep track of all the emails sent for a specific project? You can view, search, preview, and even resend email notifications—right from the Emails tab in your project. This gives you visibility into exactly what was sent, when it was sent, and to whom—no more guessing!
Every email sent from a project—like invites, nudges, reminders, and summaries—appears in the Activity tab. The Project Email Activity Log lets you see exactly what went out, who received it, and when. Use this log to confirm communication, troubleshoot delivery issues, or resend emails when needed.
Steps to Follow
1. Open the Project
From the left-hand navigation, go to Projects.
Select the project you want to review.
2. Go to the Activity Tab
Click the Activity tab in the project header.
You’ll see two sections:
Activity History (on the left) – a timeline of all project actions.
Emails Sent (on the right) – a list of every email notification.
3. Review Emails Sent
The Emails Sent list shows:
From – Always OnRamp (system generated).
To – The recipient’s email address.
Email Type – The kind of notification (Task Nudge, Overdue Task, Project Invitation, Weekly Summary, etc.).
Date/Time – When the email was sent.
4. Open an Email
Click any row in the Emails Sent list.
An Email Viewer window opens with full details:
Sender and Recipients
Subject line
Sent date/time
Email type
Email body preview (exactly as the recipient saw it)
5. Resend an Email (Optional)
At the bottom of the Email Viewer, click Resend Email if the recipient didn’t get it.
Confirm the action—OnRamp will immediately resend.
Tips & Troubleshooting
Not seeing an email? Make sure you’re checking the right project. Email activity is tracked per project.
Recipient says they didn’t get it? Use the Resend Email option, then point them to [Whitelist OnRamp Emails].
Need to track all notifications across projects? Use Insights > Notifications for a broader view (if enabled).
