Need to know what happened (or didn’t happen) in a project? The Activity Log gives you a searchable audit trail of all actions within a project—so you can track progress, answer questions, and resolve issues with confidence.


Steps to Follow

1. Open the Project

  • Navigate to the project you want to review.

2. Go to the Activity Log

  • Click Settings & More at the top of the project.

  • Select the Activity tab.

3. Search and Review

  • Use the search bar to quickly find specific actions, users, or dates.

  • Scroll the log to see a chronological list of activity.


What’s Captured in the Activity Log

The log records when key items are created, updated, answered, completed, or archived, including:

  • Tasks – creation, updates, reassignments, and completions

  • Modules – creation, edits, and archiving

  • Steps – answers, updates, and completions

  • Projects – creation, updates, and archive events

  • Users – added to or removed from a project

Other events captured include:

  • Nudge emails sent

  • Welcome emails sent


Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Need to confirm who did what? Each entry lists the user, date/time, action, and summary.

  • Can’t find an event? Check your search filters or broaden the date range.

  • Looking for customer activity? Step answers and task comments are included alongside internal actions.
