Tips & Troubleshooting
Reminder and summary settings apply globally to all projects.
Email content is standardized and not editable, but your organization’s name, logo, and color scheme will be applied.
If a user says they didn’t receive a notification, check their role and email status, and confirm notifications are enabled in both the Customers > Notifications tab and Settings > Emails.
Disabling system emails may cause unintended and unexpected problems for your customers and teammates. Please proceed with caution.
