Summary / When to Use This
Projects in OnRamp will automatically complete once all tasks are finished. Sometimes, though, you may need to manually mark a project as complete even if not every task is checked off. Completing projects ensures your performance metrics stay accurate and helps keep your workspace organized.
Steps to Follow
1. Let OnRamp auto-complete the project (default)
When every task in a project is marked complete, the project will automatically move from In Progress to Completed.
You’ll see it in the Completed tab alongside your other finished projects.
2. Manually complete a project
If work is finished but some tasks weren’t marked off:
Open the project you want to complete.
In the top-right corner, click the three dots (⋮) menu.
Select Mark as Complete.
The project will instantly move from Active to Completed.
Why It Matters
Completed projects no longer count toward your active project workload.
Your performance metrics (completion rates, timeliness, and engagement) remain accurate.
You can still access completed projects anytime from the Completed tab.
Tips & Troubleshooting
Accidental completion? You can reopen an archived project if needed by restoring it.
Metrics lagging? Double-check that projects are properly marked complete. Incomplete projects left active may lower your performance stats.
