Summary / When to Use This
When you’re added to a new project in OnRamp, you’ll receive an email notification. Your new project will then appear on your Dashboard alongside any other active projects, so you can quickly see what’s next and what tasks are assigned to you.
Steps to Follow
1. Watch for Your Email Invitation
You’ll get an email letting you know you’ve been added to a project.
The email includes:
The project name
The companies involved
Your main point of contact
2. Open Your Dashboard
Log in to OnRamp.
Go to the Dashboard from the left-hand navigation menu.
You’ll see your new project listed with any others you’re already working on.
3. Access the Project
Click the project name to open it.
Inside the project, you can view:
The full list of tasks
Which tasks are assigned to you
Due dates for each task
4. Start Working on Tasks
Select a task assigned to you to open it.
Complete the task, upload files if needed, and mark it as done when finished.
Tips & Troubleshooting
Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam/junk folder or confirm with your project lead that you’ve been added with the right email.
Can’t see the project? Refresh your Dashboard or make sure you’re logged in with the same email address used in the invitation.
