When to Use This
Use this feature to adjust the order of tasks or modules in a Playbook or Project so they appear in the sequence you prefer. Reordering helps you group related items, control workflow timing, and simplify your customer’s experience in the portal.
Steps to Follow
1. Locate the Reorder Icon
Find the six-dot icon to the left of any task or module name.
*This icon indicates that the item can be moved. It only appears when hovering over a task or module.
2. Click and Hold
Click and hold the six-dot icon to “grab” the task or module.
3. Drag to Reposition
Drag the item to its new location within the list.
A highlight or line will appear to show where the item will drop.
4. Release to Drop
Release your mouse to finalize the new order.
Your changes save automatically—no need to click Save or Refresh.
Where You Can Reorder
You can reorder tasks and modules in the following places:
Playbooks – to define the standard task flow for future projects
Projects – to adjust the sequence for a specific customer or project
Modules – to fine-tune task order within a single module
