Summary / When to Use This
Advanced filters help you cut through the noise so you can quickly find the exact projects or tasks you need. Whether you’re checking overdue work, reviewing progress across your team, or narrowing in on projects tied to a specific Playbook, filters give you control over how you view your data.
Steps to Follow
1. Open the Filter Menu
Go to the Tasks or Projects page.
Click the Filter button in the top-right corner to open the filter panel.
2. Set Your Filter Options
You’ll see a variety of filter fields you can mix and match, such as:
Date Range or Rolling Window – View items due in a set timeframe (like the next 7 days).
User Type or Completed By – Narrow down by internal users, customer users, or specific teammates.
Project Status – Choose between Active or All projects.
On Projects / On Modules – Target specific projects or modules.
Task Status and Progress – See only tasks marked In Progress, Complete, or below a certain % finished.
Dependencies – Show tasks with or without blockers.
When you’re ready, click Show Results to apply your filter.
3. Save a Filter for Later
After setting your filter, click Save filter.
Give your filter a clear name so you’ll recognize it later.
You can access saved filters anytime from the drop-down in the filter menu.
4. Mark Filters as Favorites for Quick Access
In the filter menu, select your saved filter from the drop-down.
Click the star icon to add it as a favorite.
Favorite filters appear at the top of your Tasks or Projects page for one-click access.
5. Manage Your Filters
Click My Filters to open filter settings.
From there, you can drag and drop to reorder filters or remove ones you no longer need.
Tips & Troubleshooting
Rolling Window filters update automatically—perfect for ongoing views like “tasks due this week.”
Share a filter with a teammate by copying the page URL and sending it to them. They can save it for their own use.
If results look off, double-check that you don’t have multiple filters overlapping (look for the Filters Applied badge at the top).
Use Clear All at the bottom of the filter menu to quickly reset.
