Reorganize Tasks and Modules

Need to reorder tasks or modules? Drag and drop — it’s that simple. Reordering lets you group related work together, control workflow timing, and make the portal experience more intuitive for your customers.


Steps to Reorder

  1. Hover over the task or module you want to move. A six-dot icon appears to the left of the item name — this is the drag handle.
  2. Click and hold the icon to grab the item.
  3. Drag it to the new position. A highlight or line shows where it will land.
  4. Release to drop it. Changes save automatically — no need to click Save.

Where You Can Reorder

  • Playbooks — set the standard task flow for all future projects using that Playbook
  • Projects — adjust the sequence for a specific customer without affecting the Playbook template
  • Modules — fine-tune task order within a single module

Tips

  • Group related tasks together — like all customer setup steps or internal QA items — to make the workflow easier to follow for both your team and your customers.
  • The drag handle only appears on hover, so if you don’t see it, try hovering directly over the task or module name row.
