Reorganize Tasks and Modules

Need to reorder tasks or modules? Drag and drop — it’s that simple. Reordering lets you group related work together, control workflow timing, and make the portal experience more intuitive for your customers.
Steps to Reorder
- Hover over the task or module you want to move. A six-dot icon appears to the left of the item name — this is the drag handle.
- Click and hold the icon to grab the item.
- Drag it to the new position. A highlight or line shows where it will land.
- Release to drop it. Changes save automatically — no need to click Save.
Where You Can Reorder
- Playbooks — set the standard task flow for all future projects using that Playbook
- Projects — adjust the sequence for a specific customer without affecting the Playbook template
- Modules — fine-tune task order within a single module
Tips
- Group related tasks together — like all customer setup steps or internal QA items — to make the workflow easier to follow for both your team and your customers.
- The drag handle only appears on hover, so if you don’t see it, try hovering directly over the task or module name row.
