User Insights

The Users tab in Insights provides reporting on user activity within the workspace.

These reports help teams understand how users interact with projects and tasks, track adoption, and monitor overall engagement across internal team members and external users.


AI Insights Summary

At the top of the Users Insights page, the AI Insights Summary analyzes user activity data for the selected date range.

The summary highlights patterns such as:

  • Overall platform engagement

  • Activity levels across internal and external users

  • Distribution of project ownership and task participation

  • Trends in new user adoption

This summary provides a quick overview of how users are interacting with the platform before reviewing the detailed reports below.


Activity Summary

The Activity Summary section provides a snapshot of user participation across the workspace.

Metrics include:

Users who have been invited but have not yet activated their account

Project Owners

Users assigned as owners of projects

OnRamp Administrators

Users with administrative permissions

Super Admins

Users with the highest level of system permissions

API Users

Users connected through API integrations

Collaborators

Users with limited participation roles

This summary helps teams understand the composition of users and overall engagement levels in the workspace.


Weekly User Activity Trends

The Weekly User Activity Trends chart tracks user activity over time.

The chart may include:

  • Weekly Active Users

  • Weekly New Users

  • Weekly Disabled Users

This report helps teams monitor how engagement changes over time and identify trends in user adoption.


User Details

The User Details table provides a detailed view of user activity within the workspace.

Each user entry includes information such as:

  • User name

  • User type

  • Role

  • Account association

  • Date created

  • Last activity

  • Number of projects owned

  • Number of tasks assigned

Filters allow teams to narrow results by:

  • User role

  • User responsibilities

  • Account

This report helps administrators and team leads understand individual participation and workload across the platform.
