My Work: The Individual Contributor Dashboard
Last updated: July 13, 2026
This dashboard gives all users, from admins to Collaborators and Contributors - an easy way to understand what’s happening across their own portfolio: the projects they own or are a member of, the tasks that need their attention, and how their customers are engaging. Everything on this dashboard is drillable, and most of it is actionable directly from the page, without opening the underlying project.
Projects
My Work follows the projects you’re a member of or the owner of, so you can quickly answer:
What’s active right now, and what’s at risk?
Do I have overdue projects?
Every item here is drillable to the projects page for more detail.
If the account is leveraging Aero, Aero will also summarize your individual projects here and surface the specific tasks you need to do next.
My Tasks
Instead of hunting through individual projects for your tasks, you can start and complete tasks directly from the dashboard:
Assigned to me — tasks currently assigned to you.
Available to me — tasks you’re able to complete in projects you’re a member of or own, including tasks that aren’t yet assigned to anyone.
Recent Activity
See all activity tied to your own projects, and take action right from the feed — send a nudge or reply to a comment inline, without leaving the dashboard.
Customer Tasks Overdue
See customer-side tasks that are overdue, broken into 3+, 7+, and 14+ day buckets, and send a nudge directly from the dashboard.
Recent Customer Engagement
A streamlined view of customer engagement across your own projects — what’s been happening from the customer’s side, without the noise of internal activity.
Aero in the Customer Portal
If Aero is enabled, see what your customers are asking Aero inside the portal and how Aero is responding — all visible directly from your dashboard.
Recent Customer Comments
Track the status of customer comments on your projects at a glance. Each comment shows one of three statuses:
Replied — there’s been a reply on the comment.
Follow-up — no direct reply yet, but there have been follow-up comments later in the task.
Awaiting Reply — no reply or follow-up yet.
You can reply to a comment directly from the dashboard, the same way you can from Recent Activity. Your reply updates immediately and flows back into the underlying project.
Who Can Use This
My Work is available to every user. For Collaborators and Contributors, it’s the only dashboard view available — they don’t have access to the Executive Dashboard or other admin-level reporting views.
