Task Insights

The Tasks tab in Insights provides reporting on task completion performance across projects.

These reports help teams identify tasks that frequently run late, understand how tasks are completed relative to their deadlines, and gather feedback from users completing tasks.

Task Insights can help teams improve playbooks by highlighting steps that commonly slow down projects.


AI Insights Summary

At the top of the Tasks Insights page, the AI Insights Summary analyzes task activity and performance for the selected date range.

The summary highlights patterns such as:

  • Task completion trends

  • Tasks that frequently run overdue

  • Customer feedback activity

  • Opportunities to improve task timelines or workflow structure

This provides a high-level overview before reviewing the detailed reports below.


Task Performance Analysis

The Task Performance Analysis report identifies tasks that consistently miss their deadlines.

Tasks are sorted by average days overdue, making it easier to identify steps in a playbook that commonly delay projects.

Each task entry includes the following metrics:

Percentage of tasks completed on time or before the due date

Early (%)

Percentage completed early

Percentage completed on time

Percentage completed after the due date

Median

The median number of days overdue

Worst Case

The longest delay observed for the task

Best Case

The fastest completion time observed

This report helps teams understand which tasks may require timeline adjustments or process improvements.


Task Feedback

The Task Feedback section displays feedback submitted when users complete tasks.

If feedback is collected for tasks, it will appear in this section for the selected date range.

Task feedback can help teams identify:

  • Confusing instructions

  • Steps that create friction during onboarding

  • Opportunities to improve playbook design

If no feedback has been submitted during the selected timeframe, the report will display that no data is available.
