Once you've created a View and surfaced the data you want, you can export that information to share with teammates, leadership, or stakeholders outside of OnRamp.

Views allow you to export both the underlying data and any AI-generated summaries, making it easy to turn operational insights into reports.

Exports are especially useful when you want to:

• Share onboarding performance with leadership

• Review project activity outside the platform

• Analyze customer feedback trends

• Document insights discovered through AI summaries

Exporting View Data

To export the raw data from a view:

1. Navigate to Views from the left-hand menu

2. Open the View you want to export

3. Click Export in the upper right

4. Select Export Data (CSV)

This downloads the dataset currently displayed in the view.

The exported file will include:

• The records shown in the view

• All visible columns

• Any filters currently applied

Because exports reflect the current state of the view, adjusting filters or columns will change what appears in the exported file.

Exporting AI Summaries

If the view has AI Summaries enabled, you can also export the generated analysis.

To export an AI Summary:

1. Open the View

2. Generate or refresh the AI Summary

3. Click Export

4. Select Export Summary (PDF)

This creates a PDF containing the AI-generated insights and analysis.

This is useful when sharing findings such as:

• Customer onboarding trends

• Task feedback patterns

• Operational insights surfaced by AI

Tips for Clean Exports

For the most useful reports:

✔ Apply filters before exporting
✔ Hide columns that aren't relevant
✔ Group data to highlight meaningful patterns
✔ Refresh the AI Summary before exporting insights

This ensures the exported report reflects exactly the information you want to share.

When to Use Each Export Type

Export Data (CSV)
Best for deeper analysis or sharing raw operational data.

Export Summary (PDF)
Best for presenting insights or reporting trends discovered through AI summaries.
