Project Insights

The Projects tab in Insights provides reporting on project progress, timelines, workload distribution, and overall project health.

These reports help teams monitor onboarding activity, identify potential delays, and understand how projects are progressing across the organization.

AI Insights Summary

At the top of the Projects Insights page, the AI Insights Summary analyzes project data for the selected date range.

The summary highlights trends such as:

  • Overall project completion rates

  • Projects that are overdue

  • Distribution of project health statuses

  • Patterns in project ownership and workload

This provides a quick overview of project performance before reviewing the individual reports below.

Project Pipeline Report

The Project Pipeline Report visualizes how projects move through different lifecycle stages during the selected time period.

Stages include:

  • Opening – Projects active at the start of the selected period

  • Created – Projects created during the period

  • Pulled In – Projects moved into the timeframe from outside the selected range

  • Completed – Projects finished during the period

  • Archived – Projects archived during the period

  • Pushed Out – Projects moved outside the selected timeframe

  • Ending – Projects still active at the end of the selected period

This report helps teams understand:

  • Project throughput

  • How many projects were completed

  • How many remain active

Project Timeline Overview

The Project Timeline Overview displays project schedules along a timeline.

Each project appears with:

  • Project name

  • Account

  • Project owner

  • Start date

  • Due date

  • Completion date

Projects are displayed according to their duration, allowing teams to quickly see overlapping timelines and project activity across the selected timeframe.

This view helps teams understand how projects are distributed across time and identify potential scheduling conflicts.

Project Owner Workload

The Project Owner Workload report shows how projects are distributed across team members.

Each bar represents the number of projects owned by a user.

This report helps teams:

  • Identify uneven workload distribution

  • Understand which team members manage the most projects

  • Balance project assignments across the team

Project Health Overview

The Project Health Overview provides a snapshot of the overall health of projects in the workspace.

Projects are categorized based on task progress into the following statuses:

  • Completed

  • On Track

  • At Risk

  • Overdue

This chart helps teams quickly understand the current status of projects and identify projects that may require attention.
