The Executive Dashboard: Portfolio Insights
The Executive Dashboard gives admins a single, real-time view across your entire OnRamp portfolio — every project, every playbook, every team member — so you can see what’s happening and take action without digging through individual projects. Aero surfaces a running summary of what matters most at the top, and every section below lets you drill into the underlying detail.
Aero’s Portfolio Summary
At the top of the dashboard, Aero gives you a quick summary of your whole portfolio: how many projects are active, what’s happening across them, and which playbooks are seeing the most activity.
Portfolio Trends
Track week-over-week trends across your entire portfolio, including active projects, at-risk projects, overdue projects, and projects you’ve completed.
Playbook Completion
See how each playbook is performing over time:
Completed projects by playbook — view duration of completed projects by playbook over a chosen window, such as the last three months or the last four weeks.
Average completion time — see the aggregate average and compare it to the prior period.
Underlying project detail — drill into the card to see see days-to-complete by playbook and change
Granular counts — view the number of projects completed by playbook, along with average duration compared to previous timeframes.
Historical trend — see how a specific playbook has performed over a period (e.g., the last three months) compared to the period before it.
Team Workload
Understand how work is distributed across your team:
Active project count — see every project owner and their active project count over the last time frame, both retrospectively and looking forward.
Workload history — view longer windows (e.g., six months) to see how many projects an owner had active during a period.
Capacity signals — spot where workloads are dropping off and where capacity is opening up for new implementations or projects.
Filtering — filter by timeframe or filter to a single or multiple owner’s workload over time.
Change over time — compare current workload to a few weeks prior and see which owners have changed the most.
Customer Health
Get a portfolio-wide read on customer health:
Inactive projects — see projects with no activity in the last 14, 30, or 60 days, and drill into the associated projects.
Playbook optimization — Aero automatically recommends optimizations once a playbook has more than 25 completed projects without a new version. You can run those optimizations directly from the dashboard, and Aero applies the changes for you in the playbook editor.
Customer Engagement
Track how customers are engaging across your portfolio:
Portfolio-wide activity — view customer activity by timeframe across your whole portfolio and drill into individual projects.
Recent customer comments — see recent comments and drill into the underlying activity behind them.
Aero in the customer portal — review what customers are asking Aero and how Aero is responding, all visible directly from the dashboard.
Workflows & Automation
Get a holistic view of how your workflows and automations are performing:
Workflow activity — see how many workflows have run in a given timeframe, broken down by workflow and the projects they ran in.
Error rate — track the percentage of errors over time across your total workflow runs.
Automation detail — get the same view for automations: run count, the projects they ran in, and any errors — with the ability to drill into the specific project.
Use this view to check not just how projects are progressing, but whether your workflows and automations are running effectively, and where you might need to reconfigure or rebuild.
Who Can Use This
The Executive Dashboard is built for admins & creators who need a portfolio-wide view rather than a single-project view.
