AI Insights Summary

The AI Insights Summary provides an automatically generated analysis of the data within each Insights report.

It reviews the metrics and trends for the selected date range and produces a written summary highlighting notable patterns, activity levels, and potential areas of interest.

AI summaries are available in each Insights category:

  • Playbooks

  • Projects

  • Tasks

  • Users

  • Portal

Because each category analyzes different data, the summary will focus on the metrics relevant to that section.

Generating an AI Insights Summary

To generate an AI summary:

  1. Navigate to Insights.

  2. Select one of the Insights tabs (Playbooks, Projects, Tasks, Users, or Portal).

  3. Choose a date range.

  4. Click Generate AI Summary.

Once generated, the summary appears at the top of the Insights page.

What the AI Summary Includes

The AI summary analyzes available report data and highlights patterns such as:

  • Trends in project completion

  • Task completion behavior

  • User activity patterns

  • Portal engagement trends

  • Playbook usage and performance

The summary is intended to provide a high-level overview of the data, helping teams quickly understand what is happening across their onboarding workflows.

Refreshing the Summary

AI summaries can be regenerated at any time.

Click Refresh in the AI Insights section to generate a new analysis based on the current filters and date range.

How AI Summaries Are Used

Teams often use AI summaries to:

  • Quickly review operational trends

  • Identify areas that may require deeper investigation

  • Summarize onboarding performance across projects

  • Monitor engagement patterns across users and customers

The summary acts as a starting point for exploring the underlying reports within each Insights section.
