Playbook Insights

The Playbooks tab in Insights provides reporting on how playbooks are used and how projects created from those playbooks perform over time.

These reports help teams understand which playbooks are used most frequently and how closely project timelines match their expected duration.


AI Insights Summary

At the top of the Playbooks Insights page, the AI Insights Summary analyzes playbook usage and performance for the selected date range.

The summary highlights trends such as:

  • Which playbooks are used most often

  • Differences in expected project durations

  • Observed completion patterns across playbooks

This summary provides a quick overview of playbook activity before reviewing the detailed reports below.


Projects Completed by Playbook

This report compares how many projects have been completed for each playbook over time.

The chart shows the number of completed projects associated with each playbook during the selected date range.

This helps teams understand:

  • Which onboarding workflows are used most frequently

  • Changes in playbook usage over time

  • Adoption of new playbooks


Project Performance by Playbook

The Project Performance by Playbook report compares the expected timeline of each playbook with the actual performance of projects created from that playbook.

The report includes the following metrics:

Description

Playbook Name

The name of the playbook template

# Projects

The number of projects created from that playbook

Expected Duration

The planned timeline defined in the playbook

Avg Performance

The average variance from the expected timeline

Expanding a playbook shows the individual projects created from that template.

For each project, you can view:

  • Project name

  • Account

  • Project owner

  • Project status

  • Start date

  • Planned completion date

  • Performance relative to the expected timeline

This report helps teams evaluate whether playbooks are producing predictable onboarding timelines.
