Navigating the Dashboard

The OnRamp Dashboard is your personal command center — it surfaces everything happening across your onboarding projects so you can see what’s next, track customer progress, and stay one step ahead without digging through individual projects.

What You’ll Find on the Dashboard

1. Tasks at a Glance

• My Tasks — tasks currently assigned to you
• Customer Tasks — tasks your customers need to complete
• Task dependencies, due dates, and blocked status are all visible here

2. My Workload

• A chart showing your upcoming tasks by day
• Spot overdue items and see how your pace compares to your customer’s

3. Your Projects

• A full list of projects you’re involved in, with project name, your role, and key dates
• Click any project to jump directly into it

4. Activity Log

• Recent actions taken by you or your customers
• Quickly spot if a project has stalled or is moving forward

Tips & Troubleshooting

• Not seeing expected data? Make sure you’re listed as a member or owner on the project. The Dashboard only shows items tied to you.
