Getting Added to a New Project

When you’re added to a new project in OnRamp, you’ll get an email notification and the project will appear on your Dashboard alongside everything else you’re working on. Here’s how to get oriented quickly.


Steps

  1. Check your email invitation — it includes the project name, the companies involved, and your main point of contact.
  2. Log in to OnRamp and go to Dashboard from the left navigation. Your new project will appear there alongside any others.
  3. Click the project name to open it. Inside you’ll see the full task list, which tasks are assigned to you, and due dates.
  4. Open a task assigned to you, complete it, upload any required files, and mark it done when finished.

Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t receive the invitation email? Check your spam/junk folder, or confirm with your project lead that you were added with the correct email address.
  • Can’t see the project? Refresh your Dashboard and make sure you’re logged in with the same email used in the invitation.
  • Managing multiple projects? Use the Dashboard to keep track of all your active projects in one place.
