View Email Templates in OnRamp

Last updated: March 13, 2026

Need to see what emails OnRamp is sending — and to whom? The Email Templates section gives you a full view of every automated email in the system, so you can preview content, confirm recipients, and send test copies before they reach real users.

Step 1: Open Settings

Click the gear icon in the lower-left corner of OnRamp to open Settings.

Step 2: Go to Email Templates

  1. Under the Notifications section, click Emails.
  2. You’ll see the full list of email templates used throughout OnRamp.

Step 3: Review Template Details

Each row in the list shows:

  • Name — The template’s internal identifier
  • Target — Who receives it (e.g., Org, Customer, or Both)
  • Description — What triggers the email
  • Subject — The subject line recipients will see

Use the search bar at the top to quickly find a template by keyword.

Step 4: Preview or Test a Template

  1. Click any template name to open a full preview of its content.
  2. To receive a copy yourself, click Send Test Email in the top-right corner of the preview.

Test emails are sent to your user email address in OnRamp.

Step 5: Open in Browser (Optional)

Test emails include a footer link to view the email in your browser — useful for sharing with teammates or reviewing how formatting renders across clients.

Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Test email not arriving? Check your spam or junk folder, and confirm the email address on your OnRamp account is correct.
  • Need to edit a template? Template content is managed by Admins — reach out to your team if changes are needed.
  • Can’t find a specific email? Use the search bar and try searching by trigger keyword (e.g., “invite” or “complete”).
