See & Create Subtasks from the List View
Hunting through menus just to see what's inside a task is so November 2025.
Subtasks are now visible directly in your project list view! See status, responses, and task hierarchy inline — and create new subtasks right from the list using the task builder. Everything you need is right where you're already working, making projects easier to navigate and faster to manage.

One Click Actions from the List View
Nobody likes extra clicks standing between them and the action they need to take. That's why we're getting rid of 'em.
A new customizable action column puts your most-used tools front and center. Complete tasks, open subtasks and responses, nudge team members, or launch the task builder — all with a single click, without ever leaving the list view. It's faster, more efficient, and keeps you in your workflow.
Portal and User Insights
Which customers are effectively using their portals? Which have gone inactive? Don't worry about digging into each account because we're doing the work for you. The new Insights section gives you immediate portfolio-wide visibility in two tabs.
The Users tab shows who's Active, New, or hasn't accessed yet across your entire portfolio. The Portal tab tracks customer session duration, visit frequency, and timing patterns. Now you can spot disengaged customers immediately, identify who needs re-engagement, and time your outreach for maximum impact.
