February Release: Your Data, Your Way
This month, get better access to your data across Views, Insights, and Activity History.

Views: Multi-Level Grouping
Views now support up to three Group By fields, a significant upgrade from the single-grouping limit. This means you can create nested data structures — like grouping by Owner, then by Playbook, then by Status — and drill from high-level totals all the way down to individual project records, all within a single View. Every existing capability you rely on (filters, sorting, export, AI Summary) works exactly the same way.

This is a big deal for teams that have been creating multiple nearly-identical Views just to answer multi-dimensional questions. Instead of maintaining separate Views for "projects by owner," "projects by playbook," and "projects by status," you can now get all of that context in one place.
Insights: Data Enhancements

We're adding critical data columns to Insights slide-ups, including Project Value, Health, key dates, and performance metrics. Together, these changes mean you can investigate what's behind a metric without ever leaving Insights. When you see something that needs attention — a cluster of at-risk projects, a dip in completion rates — you can drill into the slide-up and immediately see the project context that matters: how much revenue is on the line and where things stand on key dates.
Project Activity History
We're rolling out a consolidated activity view across all of OnRamp, bringing net-new activity data into a single, unified timeline. You'll now be able to see task-level activity directly within the activity history, along with detailed change tracking that shows you not just what changed, but what it changed to. New filtering capabilities let you zero in on the activity that matters — whether that's task completions, status changes, or updates.

For CSMs and project managers keeping tabs on customer progress, this means faster answers to questions like "what's happened since my last check-in?" and "who made that change and when?" — without hunting through individual tasks or relying on memory.
Small Improvements. Big Impact. All Available Now.
These enhancements are live and ready to use today — giving your teams more speed, more structure, and more clarity across every customer project. If you'd like help putting these new capabilities to work, just let us know.
