The Activity tab provides a detailed log of actions that occur within a project. It allows teams to track updates, monitor user activity, and understand changes made to project tasks, modules, and settings over time.

This view is helpful for auditing activity, troubleshooting issues, and reviewing communication or automation events related to the project.

Viewing the Activity Log

To access the activity log:

  1. Open a project.

  2. Click the Activity tab in the project navigation.

The Activity tab displays a chronological timeline of actions that have occurred within the project.

The Activity tab also records emails sent from the project.

For example, you may see entries such as:

Click View email details to open the Email Viewer, which appears in a slide-out panel on the right side of the screen.

This allows you to confirm:

  • When the email was sent

  • Who received it

Opening Items from the Activity Log

You can quickly open project items directly from the Activity log.

From here you can:

  • Review task details

  • Check subtask responses

  • Make updates if needed

This makes it easy to investigate recent changes while keeping the activity history visible.
