Projects Page

The Projects Page gives admins, integrators, and creators a single view of all projects in your OnRamp account. From here you can monitor project health at a glance, filter and configure your view, edit project data inline or in bulk, and build custom headline cards tailored to your team's needs.

Overview

The Projects Page is accessible to users with admin, integrator, or creator roles. It displays all projects across your account in a configurable list, with headline cards at the top surfacing key metrics.

Users can also toggle to My Projects to filter the list down to only projects they are a member of.

NOTE: All edits to this page are only saved for your user, all other users can make their own edits agnostic to your individual view.

Headline Cards

Four default cards appear at the top of the page:

  • Active Projects — total number of projects currently in progress

  • At Risk — total number of active projects with a health status of At Risk

  • Nearing Completion — total number of active projects at 75% progress or greater

  • Aero Project Summary - Aero Summary of all or my current active projects

Creating Custom Headline Cards

In addition to the defaults, you can create your own cards to surface metrics that matter to your team.

To create a custom card:

  1. Click Create filter card above the project list

  2. Select a Filter and Value — this determines which projects the card counts

  3. Give the card a Title and optional Description

  4. Choose an Accent color and Icon

  5. Click Create card to save

Using advanced filters as headline cards: For more complex filtering (e.g., multiple conditions), first save a filter from the project list using Saved filters, then apply that saved filter when creating the card.

Note: Filter cards created directly from the Create filter card dialog support single-condition filters only. Multi-condition filters must be saved first from the project list.

Aero on the Projects Page

If your team uses Aero, the Projects Page surfaces AI-generated summaries and recommended actions directly in your project list — no need to navigate into individual projects.

Portfolio & View Summaries

At the top of the page, Aero displays a brief summary scoped to your current view:

  • All Projects view — a portfolio-level summary covering active project counts, at-risk projects, upcoming completions, open recommendations, and other signals across your full account

  • My Projects view — a summary scoped to only the projects you are a member of

These summaries update automatically and give you a quick read on where attention is needed across your portfolio.

Project Briefs & Recommended Actions

Each project row surfaces its Aero project brief and any open recommended actions inline. You can read the brief and act on recommendations — such as sending an invitation or assigning an owner — directly from the Projects Page without opening the project.

To take action on a recommendation, click the action button next to the recommendation in the row. To dismiss a recommendation, click the × to the right of it.

Configuring Columns & Filters

The project list is fully configurable. Columns and filters can be drawn from default project-level fields as well as any data fields from your playbooks and projects.

To add or remove columns: Select the hamburger (column) icon on the right side of the table header and toggle the columns you want to display.

To add filters: Use the filter options above the project list to narrow results by any available field.

To save a configuration: Click Saved filters and save your current filter and column setup. Saved views can be reapplied at any time and used as the basis for custom headline cards.

Editing Projects

Inline Editing

To edit a project field directly in the list, click the field you want to update and enter the new value.

Bulk Editing

To update multiple projects at once:

  1. Select the projects you want to edit using the checkboxes on the left

  2. The available editable fields will appear as options

  3. Set the values you want to apply and confirm

Permissions: If you do not have edit access to a field, it will display a lock icon and cannot be edited inline or in bulk.

Adding a new data field to a project: If a data field is not currently on a project, you can add it by selecting a value for that field. OnRamp will prompt you to confirm before adding the field to the project.

FAQ

Who can access the Projects Page?
Admins, integrators, and creators.

What's the difference between the Projects Page and My Projects?
The Projects Page shows all projects in your account. Toggling to My Projects filters the list to only projects where you are a member.

Can I create a headline card with multiple filter conditions?
Yes — save your filter from the project list using Saved filters first, then use that saved filter when creating the card. The Create filter card dialog supports single-condition filters only.

What happens if a data field doesn't exist on a project when I try to bulk edit it?
OnRamp will prompt you to confirm that you want to add the field to the selected projects before applying the value.

Why do I see a lock icon on some fields?
A lock indicates you don't have permission to edit that field. It will be unavailable for both inline and bulk editing.

Do I need to open a project to act on Aero recommendations?
No — recommended actions can be reviewed and completed directly from the Projects Page.
