Exporting Project Responses

Last updated: March 11, 2026

The Responses tab allows you to review and export the answers, files, and inputs collected during a project.

This is useful for:

  • Reviewing customer submissions

  • Sharing implementation details internally

  • Creating documentation or handoffs

  • Keeping records of onboarding information

Exports are performed per project.

Where to Find Project Responses

To view responses collected in a project:

  1. Open a Project

  2. Click the Responses tab

This tab displays answers and submissions associated with tasks and subtasks in the project.

Responses may include:

  • Form answers

  • Uploaded files

  • Notes or comments

  • Other collected inputs from tasks

Exporting Responses

You can export all responses from a project directly from the Responses tab.

To export responses:

  1. Open the Responses tab

  2. Click Export Responses

OnRamp will generate a file containing the responses collected for that project.

This allows teams to review or store project data outside of OnRamp when needed.

Important: Exports Are Per Project

Response exports are currently available one project at a time.

There is not currently a bulk export across multiple projects.

If you need responses from multiple projects, each project’s responses must be exported individually.

When Exports Are Useful

Teams often export responses for:

  • Implementation documentation

  • Internal knowledge transfer

  • Compliance or audit records

  • Customer handoff documentation

Exporting ensures important onboarding information can be easily shared or archived.

Best Practices

Export responses at key project milestones
Store exported data with internal documentation
Use exports for handoffs between onboarding and support teams

Exporting responses helps teams preserve important information captured during the onboarding process.
