Resend a Project Invite

If a customer can’t find their original invite or needs a fresh access email, you can resend it in a few clicks — no need to remove and re-add them.


How to Resend an Invite

  1. Go to Projects in the left-hand menu and open the relevant project.
  2. Click Members in the top-right of the project.
  3. Find the user you want to re-invite.
  4. Hover over their row and click the paper airplane icon (tooltip: Send this user an invite email).

The user will receive a new invite email. Clicking Accept Invite & Join Project will log them in immediately if they’re already authenticated on that device, or walk them through the one-click login experience.


Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Customer didn’t receive the email? Ask them to check spam/junk, or have them whitelist OnRamp emails. See the Whitelist OnRamp Notifications and Emails article for details.
  • Invite links expire after 14 days — resending generates a fresh link with a new expiry window.
  • User already logged in elsewhere? Once authenticated, they can access all active projects they’re a member of without needing a new invite.
