Using To-Dos

Not every task belongs to a project. To-dos give you a lightweight way to capture quick action items — like a follow-up from a meeting or a cross-project deliverable — and track them right from your Dashboard.


Create a To-Do

  1. From the left sidebar, click Create.
  2. Select To-do from the dropdown.
  3. Fill in the form:
    • Title — a short, clear name
    • Description (optional) — any extra context
    • Assignee — defaults to you, but you can assign to another team member
    • Due Date — defaults to today
    • Flag (optional) — mark as important
  4. Check Create another to-do if you’re entering several in a row.
  5. Click Create To-do.

If you assign multiple users, each person gets their own individual copy of the to-do.


View and Manage To-Dos

Your Dashboard shows tiles with your to-do counts broken down by:

  • Today — due today
  • Overdue — past due
  • Future — due later
  • All — every active to-do

Click any tile to see the list of items in that category. From inside a to-do you can edit details, reassign it, change the due date, mark it complete, or delete it.


Tips

  • Use the flag option for high-priority to-dos so they stand out in your list.
  • Completed to-dos disappear from the Dashboard tiles but remain available under Completed for reference.
