If a customer or teammate can’t find their original project invite, you can resend it directly from the project. The resend will generate a new email with a fresh login link. Depending on whether they’ve logged in before, they may also be prompted to request a new PIN to access the portal.

Steps to Follow

1. Open the Project

  • Go to Projects in the left-hand menu.

  • Select the project where the user needs an invite.

2. Open the Members Area

  • In the top-right corner of the project, click + Members.

  • Find the user you want to resend the invite to.

3. Resend the Invite Email

  • Hover over the user’s row.

  • Click the paper airplane icon (tooltip: Send this user an invite email).

4. What Happens Next

  • The user receives a new email invite (like the example below).

  • If their browser already has a valid login session cached, clicking Accept Invite & Join Project logs them right in.

  • If not, they’ll be prompted to request and enter a one-time PIN (sent via email) before gaining access.

Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t get the email? Ask the user to check their spam/junk folder, or whitelist OnRamp emails.

  • PIN expired or can't be found? The one-time PIN expires after 30 minutes. The user can always request a new one from the login page.

  • Multiple projects? Once logged in, the user will see all active projects they’re a member of, as well as any self-service playbooks available to them.
