Resend a Project Invite

If a customer can’t find their original project invite, you can resend it directly from the project.

If a customer can’t find their project invite or needs a fresh access email, you can resend the invite directly from the project. Under the improved flow, invite emails now include a one-click login experience — no separate PIN request needed.


Steps to Resend an Invite

  1. Open the Project

    • Go to Projects in the left-hand menu.

    • Select the project where the user needs an invite.

  2. Open the Members Area

    • In the top-right of the project, click Members.

  3. Send the Invite

    • Find the user you want to invite or re-invite.

    • Hover over the user’s row and click the paper airplane icon (tooltip: Send this user an invite email).

  4. What Happens Next

    • The user receives a new invite email containing everything they need to access the portal.

    • Clicking Accept Invite & Join Project will log them in immediately (if they’re already authenticated on that device/browser), or take them through the one-click login experience.


Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Didn’t get the email? Ask the user to check their spam/junk folder or whitelist OnRamp emails.

  • Expired invites? Invite emails are now valid for 14 days to accommodate travel, weekend access, and scheduling flexibility.

  • Once logged in, users will see all active projects they’re a member of.
