If a customer can’t find their project invite or needs a fresh access email, you can resend the invite directly from the project. Under the improved flow, invite emails now include a one-click login experience — no separate PIN request needed.
Steps to Resend an Invite
Open the Project
Go to Projects in the left-hand menu.
Select the project where the user needs an invite.
Open the Members Area
In the top-right of the project, click Members.
Send the Invite
Find the user you want to invite or re-invite.
Hover over the user’s row and click the paper airplane icon (tooltip: Send this user an invite email).
What Happens Next
The user receives a new invite email containing everything they need to access the portal.
Clicking Accept Invite & Join Project will log them in immediately (if they’re already authenticated on that device/browser), or take them through the one-click login experience.
Tips & Troubleshooting
Didn’t get the email? Ask the user to check their spam/junk folder or whitelist OnRamp emails.
Expired invites? Invite emails are now valid for 14 days to accommodate travel, weekend access, and scheduling flexibility.
Once logged in, users will see all active projects they’re a member of.
