With task comments you and your customers can ask questions, provide context, and discuss details related to a specific task right next to the task itself. Users are notified of new comments via email.

Comments are enabled on all projects by default, but you can disable comments on any project on the Settings tab.

Commenting on tasks as a customer user
Using the rich-text editor on the same page as the task itself, customers can mention specific members of the team as well as add styles and images to their comments.

Using task comments as an organization user
A numeric indicator appears next to tasks with comments.

Clicking on the icon takes you to the task details where you can see the whole conversation and reply using the same rich-text editor.
