Project Email Notification Activity Log

View all email notification history and resend emails

The email activity log provides visibility into all emails that have been sent from OnRamp within a specific project. These emails are collectively displayed in your Project Settings & More within the 'Emails' tab which displays a searchable, detailed list of all project specific email history.

Here you can view all details for emails that have been sent for this project including the sender, the recipients, the email type and the date and time the email was sent.

You can also preview the exact email that was sent, as well as resend the email if needed.

πŸ‘€ πŸ“§ How to view your project's email activity log:

  1. Open an existing project.

  2. Click the 'Settings & More' button in the top right corner

  3. Choose the last tab to the right β†’ 'Emails'

  4. View all project specific email notifications history details including the sender, the recipients, the email type and the date and time it was sent.

  5. Hover over any email and select the 'Email Viewer' button to preview the email that was sent

↩️ How to resend an email within a project:

In the Email Viewer, you can resend the email if you’d like. Select the 'Resend email' button on the bottom right.
