Enable, disable and schedule customer notifications

Set the timing of reminder emails and schedule the Weekly Summary email for all customers

Select Customers from the left navigation bar and then choose the Notifications tab

Weekly Summary

This is a high level summary of project status for each customer member of a project, not sent to organization users.

The following settings are global and apply to all customer projects.

  • On or Off

  • Time of day the summary is sent

Reminders

You can also schedule when reminders are sent out relative to task due dates.


Click the Schedule buttons to set the reminder cadence for all customers for both upcoming and overdue tasks.

Enable, disable, and preview system messages

Open the Settings page from the left navigation bar and select Emails
​

You can preview each system message and elect to disable any messages you do not want the system to send. These settings are also global and apply to all users and customers.

​The text of system emails is not customizable but the messages are customized with your organization's name, logo, and color scheme.
​

Disabling system emails may cause unintended and unexpected problems for your customers and teammates. Please proceed with caution.
