Overview

If you’ve built a project that you want to reuse in the future, you can save it as a Playbook. Playbooks act as templates for projects, helping you launch new ones faster and with consistency.

Steps to Save a Project as a Playbook

  1. Open the project you want to save.

  2. Go to the Settings menu.

  3. Select Create Playbook.

  4. Enter a name for your Playbook and confirm.

Why Save Projects as Playbooks?

  • Consistency → Every project follows the same structure.

  • Efficiency → No need to rebuild tasks and modules each time.

  • Scalability → Playbooks can be used in automations that create projects automatically.

Tips

  • Update the Playbook as your process evolves — edits don’t affect past projects.

  • Duplicate Playbooks to create variations of similar processes. For example, if you have two onboarding flows that differ slightly, duplicate the Playbook, remove or add the appropriate modules and tasks, and save it as a new version.

✅ With Playbooks, your projects become repeatable, scalable, and automation-ready.
