How to Remove the Default OnRamp Infographic from Your Customer Portal
Last updated: April 2, 2026
When you first set up your customer portal, OnRamp displays a default infographic as a placeholder — think of it as a "coming soon" sign for your branding. The good news: as soon as you upload your own company logo, it disappears automatically and gets replaced with your custom branding.
How to Replace the Default Infographic
Go to Settings > Customer Portal.
Find the Portal Logo option.
Upload your company logo.
That's it — once your logo is saved, the default OnRamp infographic is gone and your branding takes its place.
What to Expect
No manual removal needed. The infographic isn't something you delete — it's simply replaced the moment a custom logo is present.
The change is immediate. As soon as you upload and save your logo, your customer portal reflects the update.
Your logo appears across the portal. The logo you upload is used throughout the customer-facing experience, so it's worth taking a moment to use a clean, high-quality image.
Tips
Use a high-contrast image. A logo with a transparent background tends to look the best across light and dark portal themes.
Still seeing the infographic? Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) after uploading — sometimes the browser caches the old version.
