Project invitation emails not being sent to users

If users are not receiving invitation emails when you add them to a project, or the toggle action to "Send Invite Email' is disabled, this is likely because the relevant email templates are disabled in your email settings.

For Internal Users

When adding internal users to a project, they should receive a "Project User Added" email notification. If they're not receiving these emails:

  1. Go to Settings > Emails

  2. Look for the "Emails for Organizations" section

  3. Find the "Project User Added" email template

  4. Toggle it on to enable the email notifications

For Customer Users

When inviting customer users to a project, they should receive a "Project Invitation" email. If they're not receiving these emails:

  1. Go to Settings > Emails

  2. Look for the "Account" section

  3. Find the "Project Invitation" email template

  4. Toggle it on to enable the email notifications

Important Note

Both email templates must be enabled for users to receive invitation notifications. If these templates are disabled, the emails will remain in a pending status and will not be delivered to recipients.

The system currently does not clearly indicate when these email templates are disabled during the invitation process, but this will be improved in future updates.
