I Can't Log In to the Customer Portal

Can't get into your OnRamp portal? You're not alone — and it's almost always a quick fix. Here's how to get back in fast.
First: OnRamp Doesn't Use Passwords
OnRamp uses a secure, one-click email link to log in — there's no password to remember or reset. If you've been trying to enter a password, that's why it's not working. Every time you need access, OnRamp sends a fresh login link directly to your inbox.
Step 1: Check Your Email for the Access Link
Look for an email from OnRamp or your organization's branded portal. The subject line typically references your project or includes the word "invitation." The email contains a button to join your project — clicking it takes you straight in.

Spam or Junk — OnRamp emails occasionally get filtered here
Promotions tab (Gmail) or Other (Outlook)
The email address your team used to invite you — it must match the inbox you're checking
Step 2: Request a Fresh Login Link
If you can't find the original email or the link has expired (invite links are valid for 14 days), you can request a new one at any time:
Visit your portal's login page.
Enter your email address and click Request Project Access via Email.
Check your inbox — a new secure link will arrive within a minute or two.
Click the link to jump straight into your project.
Once you're logged in on a device, you'll stay logged in — no need to request a new link every time unless you've cleared your browser or switched to a new device.
Step 3: Still Not Getting the Email?
If the login email still isn't arriving, here are the most common reasons:
Wrong email address — the link only works for the exact address your team used to invite you. Try any other address you might have shared with them.
Email blocked by your organization — your company's email security may be filtering OnRamp messages. Ask your IT team to allowlist
notifications@onramp.us.You haven't been invited yet — you'll only receive a login email after someone on the internal team adds you to a project. Reach out to your main contact and ask them to confirm you're listed as a project member and resend your invite.
Tips
Invite links expire after 14 days — if your original link is old, just request a fresh one using the steps above.
One email, one login — each OnRamp account is tied to a specific email address. Make sure you're using the same inbox that received the invitation.
Already logged in on another device? Clicking the project link will take you straight in without needing a fresh email.
